During Your Stay:
You have the right to access your medical records and test results at any time by simply informing your physician or nursing team. Our care providers will be there to explain your results and medical history clearly and will address your questions so you can have all the information you need.
After Your Discharge:
If you need a copy of your medical records after discharge:
- Visit our Medical Records Department in person with your ID.
- If you are sending a legal representative, they will need an authenticated delegation and a copy of your ID. We will then contact you for verification before releasing any files.

Outpatient Process
Simple Document Submission
Enjoy the convenience of sending your documents from home via WhatsApp for quick registration and financial clearance. Just prepare the following:
- 1. Physician Request (dated within the last 15 days) for your outpatient exams.
- 2. Copy of Your ID.
- 3. Copy of Your Valid Insurance Card (if applicable).
Note: If you’re using NSSF coverage, remember to get preauthorization for MRI or CT-Scan exams.

patients receive the care and rest they need. Please adhere to the following visiting hours:
Clinical Services Visiting Hours
Weekdays:
From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM | From 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Weekends and Holidays:
From 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Critical Services Visiting Hours
Coronary Care Unit (CCU):
From 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM | From 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Intensive Care Unit (ICU):
From 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM | From 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Cardiac Surgery Unit (CSU):
From 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM | From 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Burn Center:
From 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM | From 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU):
Open visiting hours are available exclusively for parents.
We kindly ask visitors to respect these hours to maintain a calm environment and facilitate our patients'
recovery.

Visitor Regulations
For the comfort and safety of our patients, we kindly request visitors to strictly adhere to the following
rules:
Noise Control: Please avoid making noise or speaking loudly to ensure a peaceful environment for all patients and their families.
Food Restrictions: Visitors are not allowed to bring food for patients.
Visiting Hours: No visitors are permitted beyond the designated visiting hours.
No Smoking Policy: The hospital is a strictly no-smoking zone. Smoking or consuming alcohol is prohibited.
For Pediatric Patients: One parent is allowed to stay with their child.
For Adult Patients: In regular clinical wards, one person may stay overnight with the patient.
Guest beds are not allowed.
Critical Wards: Overnight visitors are not permitted in critical care wards.
