Once your physician confirms your hospital admission, please bring the necessary documents to one of our admissions offices for a hassle-free check-in.
A Variety of Options to Suit Your Needs
For all inpatient admissions, please visit the Main Admissions Office on the Ground Floor. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
For emergency admissions, our Emergency Unit Admitting Office on Basement 1 is open 24/7, providing continuous access to urgent care. With a commitment to patient-centered service and round-the-clock support, we ensure you receive the care you need when you need it.
Surgery Preparation: What You Need to Know
Surgery can feel overwhelming, but we're here to help. Review the information below and share it with your loved ones. Before signing the Consent for Treatment form, make sure you understand the procedure and its risks. If you have questions or haven’t signed yet, contact your doctor. Your care is our priority.
To ensure timely insurance approval, kindly submit the required documents to the Admissions Office at least 5 days prior to your scheduled surgery:
- Personal ID (ID, Civil ID, or Passport)
- Insurance Card
- Admission/Procedure Request from your physician
- Signed Consent Form for Procedure
- Test Results & Radiology Reports related to your case

After the admission office contacts you, your arrival time for the medical procedure will be scheduled based on your specific case.
The Pre-Admission Unit (PAU)
“Ensuring Your Readiness for Surgery Before Admission”
- No fasting is required before your Pre-admission Unit (PAU) appointment. You can eat and take your prescribed medication as usual.
- The appointment may last up to two hours, so please allow sufficient time for your visit.
- Arrive at the Admissions Office on the ground floor at least 20 minutes before your PAU appointment to have your medical record opened.
- After visiting the Admissions Office, head to the Pre-admission Unit on level B1."
What to expect during your Pre-Admission visit
- Medical History Review
- The medications you take, especially anti-platelets (like Aspirin and Plavix) and insulin.
- The allergies to food or medications.
- Recent colds or fevers.
- Lab Work
- Blood Bank
- Anesthesia Assessment
- Review your medical history.
- Explain the anesthesia they plan to use and have you sign an informed consent.
- Request any necessary blood products in coordination with your surgeon.
